Dark Chocolate Pudding {vegan}

Avocado makes for a surprisingly creamy treat when whipped up in the blender.

You'd never know this pudding is packed with healthy fats and antioxidants which help slow the aging process and nourishes your skin from the inside-out.

 

 

Dark Chocolate Pudding 

Serves 1-2

1 avocado, ripe⠀
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk⠀
Pinch of cinnamon⠀
2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)⠀
Splash of pure vanilla ⠀
2 tablespoons cacao ⠀

Throw everything in your blender. ⠀
Blend until creamy and smooth, approx 1 minute (you may need to scrape the sides down a couple times). ⠀

Set in fridge for an hour or two before serving (I personally enjoy the flavour more if I let it sit a little longer).

Garnish with fresh berries, hemp hearts, shredded coconut, or any of your favourite toppings.
